Motive Learning

Motive Learning is the learning management system (LMS) for the Americas region. This system is updated daily by the Americas HR system (UltiPro), so all active employees automatically have a profile. Americas employees in the US, US territories, and Canada can access the system using the link shown.

Motive learning gives employees access to all Menzies' digital training content. All Menzies training, including instructor-led classroom training and OJT, is tracked within the system. You can access the training on a variety of devices, but training should only take place on company property and/or under the direction of a Menzies training professional - we do not encourage training at home.
