As a leader of people in Menzies, we want to make sure you are equipped with the management skills you will need to lead your team to deliver for our customers. As part of our training and development offering, you have access to a suite of Management Foundations online learning modules which will equip you with the skills to be an effective manager. The suite offers access to 18 essential management topics delivered via digital learning, with each module taking no longer than one hour to complete and can be accessed on EMPOWER, Motive and Menzies Learning on a self-service basis.*


You will see each topic below with a short description of what to expect. We recommend you take some time to think about and discuss with your manager which skills could help you to be even more effective in your role and agree dedicated time to focus on your learning. You will find downloadable resources and tools at the end of each module which will help you apply your new skills. You can find the modules by searching the module title in the same system you complete your operational and compliance e-learning.
