EMPOWER Learning

Our new Learning Management System (LMS), known as EMPOWER, is a modern learning platform which makes learning easier, improves reporting and reduces our reliance on spreadsheets - and paper! Available via the Menzies Intranet, SuccessFactors app and WeAreMenzies.com (log in required), EMPOWER is designed so that all of our learning is held in one place and provides you with more control over your learning experience. EMPOWER also provides real-time (live) reporting so the training and learning teams can review compliance and monitor trends in learning across Menzies.

EMPOWER learning has been rolled out to the United Kingdom and Ireland, parts of South-East Asia and Oceania and our graded manager population.
