To enter, take a picture showing how you took part in Let's Talk at Menzies during World Wellbeing Week and send it to wellbeing@menziesaviation.com.

All entries will be entered into a prize draw to wiin one of five (one per region) health hampers.

Remember to tell us what you did, your name(s), station and your contact details.

Winners will be announced week commencing 10 July. The competition is open until 7 July, no entries will be accepted after this date.
