How do I facilitate this activity?

We recommend this activity is facilitated by a Manager, supervisor, team leader or safety & security representative.

• Plan sessions in all departments and include all staff members.
• Gather the group together and watch these short videos. Ask members to take notes of the behaviours displayed for later discussion:

• Discuss the behaviours you saw and evaluate general workplace behaviours at your location. Ask “how do we compare?” Engage everyone to discuss the behaviours that they identified as being true and present in their workplace and also encourage them to identify ways to discourage these behaviours.
• As a group, discuss ways to stop those behaviours. Ask them what stops them from reporting poor security behaviours and what can be done to improve on the reporting culture.
