Menzies and G2 join forces

On 26 August 2025, Menzies Aviation acquired G2 Secure Staff marking the start of an exciting new chapter for both companies. We are thrilled to welcome G2 colleagues to the Menzies team and work together to achieve our ambition of becoming the undisputed No.1 aviation services company in the world.

The deal strengthens Menzies global position as the largest aviation services company by airports, countries and aircraft turns with 350 airports in 65 countries, powered by 65,000 people.

In the United States, we have doubled our airport network and expanded our service offering. Our combined 20,000-strong U.S. team will provide ground, air cargo and fuel services at over 110 airports.

Our aim is to start operating as one business under the Menzies Aviation brand as soon as possible.

We understand that you will have questions about what this means for you. To provide clarity and minimise uncertainty, our goal is to quickly roll out an integration plan, which will set out how we will integrate G2 into Menzies.

As well as communicating regularly and transparently about progress, we are fully committed to handling the integration process with care and individual respect for all.
